Just moved in to a new home and bathroom beautiful and originally purchased from Easy Bathrooms. I needed a bathroom cabinet but I was surprised at the price £450 with a discount!! Had to do it though to match the bathroom already in place.

Disappointed
Disinterested staff. Preferred to chat among themselves and didn't offer any assistance.
We were just about to leave when we spotted and spoke to 1 person.
Glad in a way as it made me read comments so won't be going here again

Bought a some wall tiles, floor tiles, a bowl sink with accessories and a few radiators from the Warrington store. Highly recommend talking to Chris and his colleagues as they are very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Overall great experience and happy with the quality of the products. Definitely will call in again.

I've just purchased a bathroom sink unit with a glass sink.
What a lovely place. The staff are so warming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. But they weren't "pushy".
Delivered when they said it would be.
I have recommended them to a family member.

I don't suggest and buy anything from this company again. John is the manager of this shop. At the beginning, Lee had introduced their service/ quality.... But after that, the design and delayed with 2 days. He'd only arrange the design to me after I'd chased him. And he'd shown different tiles samples and their tiles catalogue to me for confirming everything within 30mins. But when the tiles arrived and installed one wall, I'd found that the colour had been lighter like white (I'd chosen light grey). When I come back to return them, they'd informed why I don't confirm the correct products before the order? They'd never informed the correct things, the size of tiles will make the colour different. I'd asked for the refund the tile cost because the colour is totally different. But he'd asked for 25% charge for the product as it's my decision charged, not their quality problem. And he'd just informed to me the tile size will change the colour. bababa... It's fine, I'd accepted, and I'd paid extra £300 for charge the same size and left one wall in white colour as it is. And my builder had driven to their warehouse Leeds from Warrington to take the same larger size tiles immediately. They'd told me it'll 100% perfect and match. But finally, their feature wall tile is having different size as the normal tiles even they're in the same collection and same colour. John had just phoned to me it's 99% same and only get 1-2mm different. 2mm size different meant perfect match? £65 per meter to buy some uneven tiles into the bathroom. They'd never though that it's their quality problem or ask for 25% charge if you cancel the orders because of their quality mistake. 25years warrant is just a joke. I never recommend this company and never buy anything again.
