Terrible agency.

Poor account management and poor results, they take ages to get back to you and just simply want to tie you into a long contract.

They also hold your ad accounts hostage when you want to cancel.

They still can't even spell our business name correctly!

Terrible company - run a mile. Don't be fooled by the nice office - the company roots are rotten, they lie and scheme and if you only knew the internal conversations they had about some of their client's you wouldn't pay them a dime.

Eastside Co, a highly reputable Shopify Plus Official Partner, costs a bomb. Dropping six grand was quite adventurous for a semi-broke Mom and Pop e-com store like ours. But we thought that if you want the best you got to pay the best.

Our stunning looking site was a graveyard. We had very poor organic traffic and google rankings in our niche. Eastside Co identified many opportunities and optimisations for SEO They also conducted CRO audit and recommended a localisation app that was a game changer. These peeps DO know what they're doing.
