The first supermarket you come to when entering Felixstowe Town, soon to be Sainsbury's according to the local papers. Pretty big car park out back, large aisles inside, big enough to get my scooter down one sode and another on the other side.
Self service tills as well as a few manned tills,
Pretty much the same stuff you can buy inside except (no two Co-op, are the same inside) this one has a small 'white goods, showroom' and Tourist area inside it's shop,just as you enter via the High Street entrance' not the parking entrance. The staff are lovely and helpful. You can get cash back inside but also an ATM from the High Street entrance (not parking entrance). Smallish stationary/cards/newspaper stands at the high street entrance as well. I think they do flowers as well, I whiz throw focused on my goods I don't really pay attention to that ?.

Visited just for a few bits before heading to the beachfront. WIde aisles, full shelves mostly, but then all tills were closed which meant having to use self service, personally i am not a fan but because my son was with me he done it.

Great place to shop now they have a few deals in store. Shelves are generally always stocked well, clear prices for offers, and a lovely atmosphere.
Need more till staff, though, can be a bit slow if only the kiosk is open, especially if you have a trolley full.

Very good frozen food offer on at the moment, but had all the items in the offer except for the peas. Could not find any staff to ask if there were more stock out the back, so eventually had to ask the woman on the checkout and quite frankly she didn't have a clue!! So I left the store without the offer and my other shopping

3 self service tills open 1 manned till open.
Used the self service tills as they were free but when I came to pay you cannot use coupons to get discount. Why have these open if you cannot use the discount coupons that they send through the post or open more manned tills. Was told by customer service lady oh you will have to use it nexttime ? No I moved all my things across to the manned till and got it scanned again. A very friendly till operator called Nita served me and apologised for the confusion.
So be aware any coupons must be scanned at manned tills even if 1 is open you join the queue and wait.
