Such a great place! Tasty ice cream and great selection and good portion for one scoop. I loved the person behind the counter, such great service and chat. Then we got donuts from a shack right next to the ice cream place and seems to be the same brand as they wore they same apron. And same with that person too! Great service, great chat and genuinely made my day. Picture is of already of almost eaten ice cream.

Opening hours vary with the weather (makes sense given they're meters from the sea!). Emailed the owners and they've said they open from 1000-1400ish on weekdays and 0900-1730ish on weekends.

When they are open, they serve very good gelato and excellent coffee. Just frustrating the non-holiday opening hours aren't updated on Google maps as lots of other places do. Won't stop me going there I just know now when to aim for 🙂

All of the gelato flavours are good however the vegan chocolate one is next level & I wish this would be stocked daily + a 4 scoop option.

Milkshakes slightly overpriced at £5.95 and not sweet or flavoured well enough so wouldn't get again.

Fudge is good but not exceptional

We have hired the East Coast Gelato vintage gelato van on two separate occasions for our company summer party and cannot recommend Kate and the team enough.

Booking was seamless and there's such a great variety of flavours to choose from! The vintage van has become a staple at our summer parties now and goes down a treat with our team and families, great service and great aesthetic too for adding visual interest.
