I have been visiting Lorraine for reflexology and acupuncture mainly for relaxation and back pain. Lorraine is very welcoming and put me at ease immediately. She is sensitive and aware of when you want to chat and when you want to be quiet and relax.

At the moment I am having reflexology once a month but would love to have the treatment every week !

I have also started having acupuncture with Lorraine and she is amazing! I have had treatments in the past from other highly qualified practitioners and I have to say that I felt so much more at ease with Lorraine. The needles were placed perfectly with zero discomfort. One session was to treat a headache that would not go away. Within minutes of the needles being placed my pain went. Lorraine told me about pressure points that I could press with my finger to help ease the pain in between treatments.

Absolutely amazing. You feel instantly relaxed the moment you walk in and the room smells divine. Have had reflexology here and it is the best experience ever and have also tried the new facial treatment. I can honestly say my face feels the smoothest it ever has and smells amazing. The bed was so comfortable and even heated and Lorraine has the calmest of auras. Lorraine also gave me some samples to try and the end of the treatment. Book some you time. You won't be disappointed.
