The owner employs thieves. If you have any parcels coming here, be wary. Security is lacking, and anyone can walk in. The surrounding area is also rough, and I would be careful. There are many other business centres available at better prices, and most importantly, they are a lot safer. Please think twice before signing a lease here. There is a reason why the entire building now has CCTV. I will leave it at that. I will add to my review after I receive an idiotic response. The public needs to know why the entire building is covered by CCTV. This was due to a break-in at the center, and my office was targeted. The owner employs thieves and it was an inside job. Please, for your own safety and sake, get building premises elsewhere and not in this thieving centre. His claim was that the fire exit at the back had to be free. Free from what allows anyone to force entry and get in. There is also no full time receptionist after 12pm so anyone can walk in. Images are not from Google.

The building itself is pretty cool but mouldy, I can see what they tried to do but they did it to a budget and put barebone matintaence on it. the location is awful if you commute in. Backstreet roads all the way from the motorway with tight turns and a lot of traffic.

Easily accessible and a large car park. The facilities are shared by several companies however accessibility, having the presence of a concierge at the entrance and good clean lifts as well as accessible stairs. The places ideal for holding meetings and whilst it is in an old converted male, there is ample light, as well as technology connections

Be weary when going here for meetings or training courses or even if you lease an office as they have secret clock cameras pointing at toilets and corridors.....
Following on from this review im please to say the hidden camera has been moved from aiming at the toilets, luckily for them as I was funding a full investigation and court case against this.

I've been here a few times for work and it's decent, could do with a second lift considering the amount of people using the building. My main gripes are the fact it stank of cannabis and the member of staff demanding evidence you have a blue badge because "the physios need the spaces" is intrusive and rude
