I made a purchase from this seller on eBay.
My feedback there like here was that the Roca flush valve I ordered was poorly packaged and arrived damaged. It took over a week for the seller to respond to my message and refund request.
Having left this very honest and truthful feedback, the seller contacted eBay who removed my feedback.
Since then eBay have apologised and confirmed my feedback did not breach any rules and should never have been removed. However since it has it now cannot be replaced. I guess eBay and sellers alike don’t appreciate negative feedbacks.

And in further response to your reply below which is untruthful and practically libellous I should add that I provided photos showing the damaged valve. Having failed to receive a reply and needing a valve urgently to replace my leaking toilet, I resorted to using parts from the old valve to replace the damaged part on the delivered item. So basically I received ‘parts’ to repair my leaking valve.

Your reply dear trader is disingenuous to say the least.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 shower kits online back in jan for a self build. My plumber did the first fix in Feb and in the last few weeks started the second fix, only to find that we’d been sent the wrong shower trim (1 way instead of 2 way) so it was unusable. After multiple attempts to contact E Trade Bathrooms via email and E-bay where I bought the product from, I’ve had no luck in getting the right part sent so I’ve had to buy a duplicate part elsewhere, leaving me significantly out of pocket. AVOID because if anything goes wrong, it won’t get fixed!

Ordered online. EBay. Really quick, personal delivery. They phoned to check someone would be in first. The kit is first class (hansgrohe, in my case) and well packed. Spent £1k+. Will buy more from these people. Much cheaper than Victoria Plumbing etc.

This company is a total joke. I rang them to conform that they deliver fast and the guy was rude. He could not be bothered by my inquiry despite that his phone number is on the web site.Turns out that his shoddy advice was completely wrong as 10 days is not fast delivery and they sourced the thing in Germany. I could have ordered it myself for less in Germany!
Avoid! Never again.

So glad i found these guys. I though I knew what I was buying for the shower but I ended up ordering the wrong sized drain gutter. Problem was i needed the right one that day. Max was brilliant and went above and beyond - he got the right one to within 1/2 a day! Got me out of a pinch. Thanks Max! Oh and their prices are good too.
