Fantastic shop, always great customer service. Sadly not all customers show the staff the respect they deserve. Recently while in there a woman had sent her two young children in to put on emergency gas via a code. As explained by the very patient and kind assistant after explaining it was impossible to do on their system. The children's mother who was on the phone and passed to the assistant from her children. Was very abusive over the phone and completely u nessesary. I heard the lot as she was very loud down the phone. Firstly why would she send her children to sort it out? Then get abusive over the phone to the assistant? What a shame people can't be polite and courteous

An absolute joke. I had to send my 13yr old over to top up gas as I was immobile. I was given clear instructions by my gas company to follow. But the shop said they "can't do that" however my gas company have told me they can and all they have to do is follow instructions that were given. And it'll show a zero transaction. I tried explaining via phone. But the guy was majorly rude and had lack of empathy or understanding. We are left without gas because one man doesn't want to do his job. Failing that we have to wait another 2 and a half hours to get a new card when we already waited 4hrs for this to be sorted.

Very little shop but sells a cornucopia of different tasty treats. From weight watchers frozen meals to pasta sauces to chocolate bars to toilet rolls. Free range eggs are better than M&S ones, and they are from a local farm. Reasonable prices too. I love it.

You can't beat staff that bow when you come in, did my Christmas shop there, cheaper than a supermarket overall spend. Strange man came in wanting hair dye, worrying.
