A well kept secret andceasy to miss it is a very convenient garage if accessing Stansted Airport or M11 north on the A120 and out of Chelmsford, and you are like me and you'd forgotten fill up!
They sell everything! The locals all meet and great inside and it was very sociable whilst I was in there.

Really lovely people. It’s run by the most charming of old chaps. I won’t name him, but everyone who goes in knows him personally. The people who work for him are all lovely too. It’s hard to make a local petrol station and convenience store glamorous, but the people who work here make it a pleasant place.

FYI this petrol station has a £5 minimum card limit. The cashier/owner started moaning to me about the man in front who was trying to buy an energy drink with card. I said they probably shouldn't have a limit, then he began lecturing me about how he owns the business not me. Not my problem just leave me out of it and stop moaning.
