Dunmow fencing gave us a price we where happy with after not turning up to quote 3 times
Then they wanted 50% deposit almost 2 months in advance we agreed a 20% deposit as no materials where being purchesed or drops off and I was willing to pay more on the day befor they arrived to start and 50% remaining on compleation.
The owner called me and was extreamly rude shouted me down after I explained I needed to attend to my son who was crying and spoke to me as though I was a pice of rubbish.

While I apresite all companys have there t and c we had an agrement with this firm and what put me of was the derogatory manner in wich they spoke to me on the phone, While trying to book in a date wich they changed mid convosation and refused to take me of loud speaker even though I explained I had issue hearing. Rather than working with us like a professional adult the owner was petulant and rather than working within an already agreed parameter cut her nose off to spite her face

I will say the bloke that came to quote I think he was called shane was very nice guy and I had 0 issue with him

Will use another firm purely based on the manner in wich I was spoken to by the lady owner

Dunmow Fencing Supplies Ltd installed a beautiful composite fence in our back garden. We are really please with the quality of the fence and Shane and Liam have done a fantastic job. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism, work ethic and customer service. We asked for a quote for a replacement side gate plus some advice on the rotting wooden posts for the back gate. David arranged to visit a few days later and came up with a quote which included metal posts which would solve the back gate issue. We accepted the quote just before Christmas and Shane came to do the work in January, finishing a couple of weeks ago.

Shane is a really nice guy who got on with the work with no fuss, just consulting us when he needed to. Overall a good job done with no hassle.

Top quality install.

We're really pleased with both the product and service.
Our replacement fence was installed perfectly with minimum disruption. At the end of each day everything was left tidy and secure. Shane who did the installation was friendly polite and very knowledgeable giving advice which included changing the panel size so that we got the best result.
I would highly recommend this company.
