I discovered Ducasa after doing a Google search for a heating showroom near me. My husband and I went along to the showroom where we met Mark, Maxine and Josh. Mark listened to the issues we were having with our old radiators, and explained how Ducasa were different. He showed us the app and how easy it is to control the radiators, which was a really important factor for us and was the main reason we went ahead and placed an order for all new radiators throughout our home, including a towel heater. These radiators are brilliant and so easy to control. This has resulted in us signficantly reduced our heating bill, as we can easily adjust the heating schedule, even if we are not at home and want to delay them coming on. We are very happy with the service we have received from the whole team, and I would happily recommend Ducasa to friends and family.

We ordered two Avant DGi+ low level radiators for our garden room. Maxine at Ducasa gave us lots of advice and help so that we got the right product for us. The rads have been fitted and they’re fantastic. They look great and the room is nice and toasty. Ducasa were brilliant and we’d thoroughly recommend them.

Having installed a Ducasa electric heating system we have been happy with its performance. The towel radiator has been particular useful and having warm towels is a luxury. Being able to monitor the system by the App is a great benefit. The after sales support has also been very good. Any issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently and the office staff are both knowledgeable and helpful.

Really pleased with the new Ducasa Avant DGi+ radiators, which look and perform so much better than our old storage heaters. Coupled with a new towel rail and hot water controller, we can now control all the heating and water in our holiday let remotely which is great for managing our energy use – and our guests love it too. The team’s service from initial advice to follow-up support has also been excellent. Recommended.

Bought some Ducasa heaters last autumn for a holiday let. They replaced tired old storage heaters. Couldn't be happy with their performance and ease of use. Now able to control the heating 70 miles away simply by picking up an ipad. When I made an with the system error the gentleman at the Ducasa in Norwich helped me get the system working again. Excellent service and outstanding products.
The old style oil filled electric radiators and storage heaters are now coming to the end of their serviceable and aesthetic lives - many of our customers are looking for an alternative. The Ducasa range, looks good, is easy for a competent person to install, but most importantly creates a comfortable heat, that Is extremely straightforward to manage on a room by room basis.

We have purchased several heaters from Ducasa in Norwich over a period of time as and when we have made alterations to our home. The first set of heaters were delivered to our home and the delivery was very efficient and the driver went out of his way to deliver the heaters into our garage as the weather wasn't good. Subsequently we have purchased a further heater for our bathroom which we went to the showroom to purchase as we wanted some advice and a look at the actual appliance. From all of our dealings with Ducasa I am happy to say that they are extremely helpful and their products have proved to be very efficient for our heating needs. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone considering electic heating
