Great experience buying our new bed from Dreams. We were greeted by Jessica who showed my wife and I a comprehensive range of quality beds, she was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of bed construction, comfort and affordability. We had the opportunity to test as many beds as required for as long as needed and subsequently arrived at a very satisfactory, hassle-free experience and chose the perfect bed of our dreams. We were also offered a friendly cup of tea to complete a really most satisfying, absolutely free from hassle, buying experience.

This is our 2nd. purchase from this store. We returned because of the excellent service we received previously. From the minute you walk in the staff are friendly and very helpful. We tested out 7 mattresses based on the computer program analysis of which type of mattress was most suited to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for the two members of staff we dealt with. We were offered a drink whilst in store and were dealt with in a very professional manner. Two added bonuses were the sale prices and the 0% finance deal which was available. We would definitely recommend visiting Dreams before you go elsewhere.
