Very good service, I didn’t realise I needed to print the label beforehand. For 50p only he printed the label for me and also gave me some scissors and tape to prepare the parcel.

Give this guy a break. Some of these historic reviews are very disrespectful. He works from 7am til 11pm every single day except Xmas day and manages an alladins cave of parcels alone.He has always gone out of his way to provide an excellent service to me and has my parcels ready for me and answers my calls if I cannot get there but need to check if sth arrived. Maybe it is because I have always been cheerful and respectful to him. He is not personally responsible for courier company shipping or updates. Try being nice and I guarantee you he will be nice back.

Don't go here! Incredibly rude staff. The man yelled at me when I asked where to print the label for my Hermes parcel return. It's not visibly obvious where to go if you haven't been there before, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable. Will report this to Hermes.

DON’T GO THERE!! The guy will bully you into processing your own parcel and paying for extra stuff that are not required! Currently making a complaint to Hermes about this.
Edit: Please stop making things up - you required that the two packages are sealed together. This is not the case and Amazon has confirmed that. Furthermore, after using one piece of tape you charged £2 and kept the sellotape. Again, Amazon has confirmed that this shouldn’t be the case and they have formally raised this with Hermes.

I live next door to this shop and found the owner to be rude. He told me it cost 50p for him to keep a parcel for me, and I really needed the parcel so accpeted this offer. A few weeks later another parcel arrived when I was not home and amazon gave it to the shop. The guy tried charging me again. I told him that I did not ask Amazon to give it to him and he refused saying I cannot have the parcel. I put a complain into myHermes and they confirmed he was not allowed to do what he did. I have stopped shopping there as a result, even if I need a small item.

Stolen Parcels!!! Had 2 parcels sent via hermes from this shop, 1 the contents were replaced with clothes that I did not send and the 2nd was never ever received by the recipent, it shows as never collected from the shop. Do NOT take your parcels here!!!!

The inside of the shop looks dirty and uncared for, way too cramped. only went there to return a parcel and the shop keeper didn’t even care, instructed me to just leave it on the floor near the door when i was done.
