I phoned DQ after 5pm & got answered by very helpful man who said he had a belle minimix gearbox on the shelf & that it would be there on Friday. It arrived on Friday & fit straight on my mixer no problem. I wish all companies I deal with were as good as DQ.

Highly recommend, I ordered a belle motor yesterday from amazon, received a phone call just from a gentleman @ DQ, he was very apologetic my order will be a day or two late , the fact I ordered from amazon but he rang me personally goes a bloody long way in my book , great customer service , 5 stars

Ordered a pair of boots just under 2 weeks ago, paid for next day delivery, which later turned into 2 day delivery, but apparently that is now 2 week delivery, as still haven’t received them, made numerous phonecalls to be told originally that the boots had been lost by the courier, yeah? that’s understandable! I was refunded the extra delivery I had paid... great! I was also told another pair of boots were on their way... I asked for a tracking number for this order and I was told the warehouse staff would have that information forwarded to me straight away (still waiting over a week later) called the next day to be told they were at my local depot ( Still no tracking number or proof) and would be delivered that day... and guess what?! Yeah you all guess correctly, they were not delivered... So... I called again on Thursday... and they said... they are out with your delivery driver just now (so again I waited...) and again... yeah you’re on a roll and you guess correctly again... still no boots... so I phoned again to be told they had been delivered despite being in all day... so they said they would look into int... this is now Tuesday, apparently they have proof that they delivered it to me in form of a picture ( they don’t because it was never delivered) and they will send it straight away, still waiting on this ( possibly waiting along with my tracking information)

See if you need a pair of boots and you’re reading this review thinking about buying from this shambles of a company... go barefoot... honestly ...

If and when I ever receive my boots I’ll be sure to let you all know how they are!

Absolutely terrible communication. Bought a Van Vault Slider on back order, no kind of confirmation of when it will arrive. Had to email numerous times to get told I'd get my order 2 weeks ago. Then had to ask why it hadn't been delivered, (no kind of proactive email to me to tell me) Was then told I'd get my order week commencing 3rd May, it's now the 4th May and no confirmation. YET AGAIN I have to email them only to get some ditsy woman who clearly doesn't care telling me that they still haven't arrived. Not sure if this company hasn't got a clue what they're doing or just enjoy passing the book to another company. Knew I should have paid a little more to order from a company with some back bone.
