UPDATE.
Having had a conversation with the lovely lady at Dovart, happy to change review to reflect the previous communication errors and her very friendly and informative phone call. Very much looking forward to visiting them and I’m sure my boy is going to love it there. Gut instinct prevails!

Looked at the previous reviews, quite impressed and the kennels are fairly close to home. However the customer service was abysmal. I tried 4 times to get my dog booked in. The first email had to be sent again, eventually got an answer, replied with my dog’s details, was he acceptable etc, re-sent that a few days later. Amazingly 15 days later, I’m still waiting for an answer! Strangely part of me still wants to book him in there because it looked very nice too.

Love this place it’s like Aladdin’s Cave for doggies and pets. Got some great natural treats for the dog is pretty much everything anything you can think of. If they don’t have it, they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. Lovely lovely friendly people.

This was our dogs first stay at Dovart and Jo could not have been more welcoming to both us and the dogs. She is incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable about dogs and we had every confidence our dogs would be in safe hands. We were not wrong. Thank you Jo. We will have no hesitation entrusting the care of our dogs with you again in the future.
