Everything's perfect!. My only minor issue was that there was no instructions for building the bed so ended up taking 3 hours but other than that, bed is great, so is the mattress and delivery was really quick.
Delivery man was also really lovely and carried the stuff in for me as it was quite heavy.

Amazed at all the bad feedback. Got a bed from Living social to use here, storage bed and was delivered in no time atall. Couple of burst bits on the packaging but thankfully the bed was ok. Great value for the price I paid and great quality. Only gripe was the items wasn't numbered so had to use my skills to build it. All in all very decent. Never gave 5star because of the poor instructions and zero labels to each part.

I am at my wits end. I am pregnant and due to give birth any day.
We ordered a bed on the 7th of January for my 4 year old son. When we received the shipment date, we sold his old bed as we need to make room for his new bed. The delivery company, DX Freight only delivered 3 of the 4 boxes. When I called them, they said it was because they had broken the bed at their depo and the company "Home Treats" would redeliver the box 4. Once we opened the other 3 boxes, we found that the desktop of box 2 was also broken. I then got in touch with Home Treats (who did not respond for AGES). They said they would resend. After chasing MULTIPLE times, they finally got in touch to say they would redeliver the bed box 4 and the desktop box 2. This was on Saturday the 25th. I had my FIL stay at our house all day waiting for the delivery as myself and husband have to work. ONLY BOX 2 ARRIVED!!! STILL NO BED. The customer service team number at B&Q are NO HELP and the contact number for Home Treats never picks up.
PLEASE HELP?!?! What am I supposed to do with a 4 year old with no bed? I am due to give birth any day and we do not have the money to buy an additional bed when we have already paid for this one?!?! PLEASE HELP! This has been going on for 3 weeks!?!?!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have been calling them all week. I have left voicemails and no one gets backs to you.
I have emailed and asked for someone to contact me about a collection and refund. I did receive an initial email, advising to take panels back to B&Q store myself. They are huge and this task requires a van. If they had bothered to look at my order properly they would have realised this. No responses. I’ve called B&Q direct and asked them to follow up. Terrible customer service.

Terrible. Bought a bed via Robert days. Email said delivery on Mon 6th. No delivery, no contact. Tue 7th, 1 part of bed arrived (side frames), and delivery guy said "oh I'll come back tomorrow with 2nd box'. No one turned up, no one contacted me. I phoned RD who said they'd investigate & call back within 2 hours, no one did. I called again on Thu 9th, now told it could come today or maybe tomorrow. So 5 days I've had to stay in house with no confidence in it arriving. I got rid of old bed on Monday to make room,and arranged for a guy to build on Tue. Wish I'd seen reviews and stayed clear.

WARNING I ordered a bed from The Range. Only 2 out 3 boxes were delivered. I contacted The Range and I was told to contact Doodle Products. I told them no because I paid The Range for the bed. I've had to get consumers advice involved. I sent an email to the Range stating my rights as a costumer and asking for the 2 boxes to picked up and a full refund. They replied saying to give them 3 working days. Last week the 2 boxes were picked up. No correspondence, no emails no phone calls to tell me it was being picked up. Today, Doodle Products has redelivered the full bed after being asked for a full refund after only receiving part of a bed. Again, no correspondence whatsoever. I am not accepting delivery. So its now sitting outside my front door in this lovely Scottish weather because that is where the delivery driver left it and i am physically uncapable of bringing it into my home. I've had to ask consumers advice to help again. Another email has been sent to The Range. Trading Standards has now been made aware of this disgusting situation. I have tried to contact Doodle products on several occasions and no one wants to reply or answer phones. So please be warned when buying something that involves Doodle Products. They have accounts with The Range, Amazon, ebay, Groupon and others.

Received two chest of drawers that I purchased through the range. When they arrived they were in awful condition, the wood was damp? And extremely chipped. Also there were missing parts so this meant that the drawers could not be made. It has been over a month of me calling trying to order a return so I can get my money back but after calling 10 times a day nobody has answered. Awful company with shocking customer service.

AVOID this company absolutely awful sell horrendous products which don’t last two weeks been going on since august has a bed off them through the range bed collapsed finally managed to get hold of them promised new parts to be sent out next day delivery and still waiting range are useless this company should not be trading and most definitely should not be selling through the range! They also trade under home treats so avoid them as well!
