I’ve had the worst experience ever ordering food via delivero from this restaurant today. I ordered a piece of breaded chicken escalope less than 2 hours ago. It was extremely DRY burnt dark and a few days old that’s obviously been reheated god knows how many times. The owners response on the phone was dismissive and he offered another piece of chicken as a compensation! It not about the money I paid but I feel I was disrespected as a paying customer and also scammed. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life. It’s a disgrace you call yourselves a restaurant. Repeating what I said to the owner on the phone, I’ve had a takeaway from your restaurant about two years ago which was lasagna and aubergine parmigiana and they were both lovely so I was really looking forward to the food today.

Absolutely love Dolce Napoli!

What a beautiful little café. The food is always fresh and full of flavor – I had the Cotoleta Salad today and it was incredible! Crispy chicken, fresh greens, and so tasty.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Whether you’re popping in for a quick espresso or staying for lunch, it always feels like a treat.

Real Italian quality, right here in London 🇮🇹☕🍴 Highly recommend!

Beautiful Italian food, as good as any I've had in London, which was a wonderful surprise for a little cafe next to the A1. The gluten-free pasta here is the only one my wife actually likes.

The service is almost as good as the food. The guy who runs it remembered us even though we'd only been once before a year ago!

I have been coming here as a regular for some time. Initially I was a big fan of the food, but actually Jimmy (owner) makes you feel right at home. He caters to every demanding need to ensure that whether you are having a coffee or a whole meal, you feel like a king. The service and the food is first class. You definitely have to try the Arancinis, they are amazing!
