Their scanning machine for return items is too high up for some of us. Even worse if you are in pain. They are not very helpful if you have issues with machine. I said to hubby lets take it elsewhere and then he came around to help, reluctantly. Unfortunately there is not many shops in this area to choose from so can be limiting for some. I wish the Co Op had this service. We will go elsewhere in future...

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this shop when trying to drop off a parcel. The staff member, who I believe is the owner, displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Upon arrival, I was told that my parcel had to be packed, even though I knew this wasn't a requirement. After showing proof that packing wasn't necessary, he changed his story and claimed he had no boxes available in the store. He then directed me to a shopping center far away to find a box myself. This blatant disregard for customer convenience was both infuriating and unacceptable.

Additionally, I witnessed a teenage boy in front of me trying to collect a parcel. Despite providing all necessary identification and proof of details, the owner refused to hand over the parcel and rudely told the boy to leave the store.

The lack of basic customer service skills and the owner's unhelpful and dismissive attitude make this place one to avoid. I do not recommend using Dockland Trading Post store for any of your parcel needs. There are far better options available with staff who actually value and respect their customers.

Don't send your parcels here!!!

I moved to the area a year ago and this place has been my go to neighbourly convenience store! Sent bunch of Evri parcels through here, never any issue. Store manager/assistant always helpful!

Awful service. The people who work here are rude and arrogant. Maybe they don't like English people.

I go to this little convenience store once or twice a week. I usually get some Italian wafers, wafer rolls and some other treats. I sometimes drop off my Hermes parcels here too and have never encountered any problems. The owner is always nice, friendly and helpful. Always pleasant shopping experience here.
