Good customer service can sometimes be judged by how well a company recovers from something that may go wrong . In my case a leak developed from the gearbox after some work they had done which wasn't evident for a few months. I called them and explained the symptoms and they told me to bring it in,( no appointment needed) and they'd have a look. Prior experience at other garages made me apprehensive about having to have have a argument. Not with these folks. Very polite,, apologetic, problem solved and no charge.
Thanks guys, you will be my.go to people next time I need to.

Fantastic, Knowledgeable, Honest team. I was quoted for some front suspension work on my RR TDV8, when they took her apart they noticed that not all of the work originally quoted was required and saved me nearly £300! How many garages would be this decent? I have also used them for several other specialist jobs and they have been spot on. Will continue to use and recommend.

I will not use this company ever again. I ordered an Axle Breather pipe for a Land Rover Defender off their Ebay site. After waiting a while I received a spring plate and not the part I ordered!! I wrote to them on Ebay to say they sent the wrong part and their reply was as if I was making it up, they even implied I had the wrong company!! I sent pictures of proof and they haven’t even bothered to apologise or to even try and remedy the situation. They obviously don’t need the business in these tough times. Their loss.

We went for winch springs and shocks a few other bits they didn't have exactly what I wanted but was showing stock on the Internet so Paul discounted the next brand to it so all was good been using DLS For years and years and gone beyond to help and get you what you need.
