Discover 360 carried out a virtual tour of our holiday home. As the holiday lettings market is extremely competitive, we knew that we needed to stand out.

The Virtual Tour upped our ranking on Google and received an average of 1,500 views per month. We spoke with recent clients who stayed at our property and one of the main reasons for booking was they felt as if they knew exactly what they were getting, after walking through the property via the virtual tour.

Communication and service was excellent in spite of the challenges of lockdown. Discover 360 produced a great VT of my Beauty Salon that I can utilise for my Social Media, Google and Website. We instructed Kevin to carry out a virtual tour of our property that we were selling in Buchlyvie. As it was during the pandemic, we knew it was going to be a challenge. The virtual tour helped reduce the number of time wasters coming to view the house and meant that viewers could view the house once and then walk through the virtual tour as many times as they liked. The house is now under offer and I believe the virtual tour helped to make that happen so fast!
