The worst customer service experience ever! Free seeds not honoured! after numerous emails discussing this with Johnny all he had to offer was for me to place another order and then he would then send the missing free seeds out ‍♀️ I had already spent £50+ and not received my free seeds I’m certainly not going to place another order and risk not receiving what is due to me. Absolute joke of a business and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Will not be using this site again!

False advertising and Seed promotion not honoured I will not use this company again after emailing to explain the issue I have found like many others that Johnny just tries to get you to place another order in order to get the seeds offered via email untrustworthy and awful customer service do not use this company you will not get the seeds offered to get you to place a order unless you place another order Septembers seed promotion is pictured which wasn’t honoured and the same offer was emailed again this month DO NOT USE THIS CON ARTIST
Added in response to they’re response on here I have emailed proof of the promotion and again of the promotion still running according to the email I received yesterday also attached ? so the response from them below is a lie they did not honour the offer and it is still running according to emails sent to us the subscribers AVOID AVOID AVOID GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO A RESPECTABLE ETHICAL COMPANY NOT JOHNNY

Bunch of cowboys !!!!!

If you want to make lots of money with out a care in the world
Just copy and paste this company!!
Worst buying experience ever!!!

1 specific strain won’t even sprout
Complained and they said they will send free seed's with next order and they’ve had no issues with them which is weird as they were on offer
Total lie as not even 10% of 50 came through
Stall well clear and use reputable company

7 emails, 4 phone calls and still avoiding me! Placed order 1 June , still waiting, says it’s been dropped in a letter box! Asked to resend, or refund, ignored completely ! Thank god I’ve gone through my bank and have now got a full refund ! Avoid this so called make belief complain .

I spent over £70 on seeds with DCS, 1/3 of the seeds, one specific strain won't germinate. The reply was that they would send some when I ordered more. I'm left with them wanting to capitalize on their failure - but why buy more when they won't back up their product? Very disappointed in the apparent ethics of the company, and do NOT recommend. ** I see by your response you still think this is ok. It is not.
