Cost cutting and poor delivery arrangement by this company cost me my item. Sometime in May this year, I purchased a perfume on eBay sold by Direct Cosmetics Ltd. I never received that perfume. The whole idea of business is to ensure a win-win for both parties - the buyer and the seller. If all you are interested in is selling and are unconcerned about whether the buyer receives the sold item, so sad!

I recently had dealings with Direct Cosmetics not directly but through Superdrug. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with my order and therefore it was necessary for me to return it to DC who dealt with the processing of my refund immediately and also responded very quickly to my pre return email to them. I am very impressed by DC,s customer service. I am sorry the transaction did not work out this time but I will use DC in the future and go to them directly. Linda

Terrible excuse of a company - DO NOT USE!!!!
Bought 10 items and then realised they were all shoddy and 3 were opened.
Requested a return and they told me as I bought 10 items it is classed as a B2B transaction so they wont accept it?
Scammers - Do not trust or buy.

I Ordered Victoria Beckham moisturising primer. on arrival it was watery , not cream like as when purchased directly from Victoria Beckham. I sent screen shots to Victoria Beckham website of the serial number on box who replied to me and told me it was out of date. £50 is too much to loose on something that has gone off. I couldnt be more disapointed.
