I spoke to DAS recently to sort an issue with a canvas. NO ONES FAULT, manufacture issue. Sam was amazing, I had the item I needed in next mornings post. I have also spoken before just to ask a random question, which was answered on the spot. This company know there items inside out, have fantastic quality stock and for me knowing they take their customer support to a whole new level means this is a company I will forever trust, purchase from and continue to support. Ordered from DAS for my mum's birthday and it's so beautifully wrapped that I've decided to keep the paper and ribbon on for its gift presentation rather than wrap it myself! Postage through UPS was both free and completed in less than 48 hours. Really chuffed.

I used this site , as my sister is an avid diamond arter , but the ones she was buying from another site weren't testing her enough & she was flying through them , so I bought her reflective roses & pebbles , they came beautifully packaged , & the detail was amazing , pure quality , at a higher price point than what she was paying but so worth it , took her longer to complete but she was absolutely thrilled with the outcome & totally enjoyed making them , would definitely use & recommend this site , & UK based which is always a preference .
