Visiting Helen here always leaves me relaxed. From the minute I arrive, the setting and atmosphere is so calming, I forget the stresses of everyday life. I've had several treatments including Indian head massage, hot stone massage and Hopi candles and can highly recommend any of these. Will visit again and again and again ?

Iv been visiting Helen for years and couldnt recommend her highly enough. I had 2 difficult pregnancies and she treated me with reflexology for the last 10 weeks for both of them. She helped me massively at a difficult time and I still love to treat myself to an hour in her amazing hut!

I have received a few treatments from Helen.. including reiki and an Indian head massage. I have received Helens smudge sticks, a faery door and healing crystals to mention just a few. Helen is a very special person, one of a kind who is so passionate about her work. Her healing hands, magical touch, and calm caring nature are very rare to come across. Her knowledge and advice are second to none. I would highly recommend Helen.
