Visited in hope of buying some pond plants and a couple of new Koi. However, left with nothing as all plants standing in stagnant, blanket weed filled water and fish in a worse state unfortunately. The tank on the right of the entrance has obvious signs of fish illness. Fish with bulging eyes clearly in distress as rubbing them on the liner, also boils/lumps on fins and bodies. Even as a hobbiest I know that that is a clear sign of water quality issues. Some of the tanks out the back are so murky that you couldn't see past the surface. I don't like leaving a damaging review on a business however when live stock is involved, it needs to be said!

Went here as it said they do tropical fish, we literally could only see pond and cold water fish, we couldn't see any staff anywhere, just a lady outside painting something who wasn't helpful

I’ve purchased fish from them, and some equipment through out a couple of years.

Fish all healthy, plus they have stock hard to get elsewhere!

They were also very honest when buying filtration equipment. Saved me a lot of mony with their advice of what I really need compare what I thought when web-educated myself 🙂

I have been coming here for 25 years to buy fish and aqua plants. Alas my goldfish were accidentally poisoned this winter having lived 15years happily. Today they were replaced with ten more and I am confident they will last another 15 years. Personal service and advice on duckweed by owner. Brilliant !
