If you want to buy broken sofas, or the sofas that noone wants then this is the place.
No choice and the place felt like it wasn't even a real place of business. Hard to explain but felt like the place was closing down.

Been looking for a specific table was out of stock in the normal shops. But spoke to the Lovely customer service lady named Baeh (i hope i spelled it right) - she has been very patient and ever so kind. She really did try her very best to help me look for the item i wanted. Amazing experience working together with her - would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for any type of assistance!

Recently bought 4 dining chairs from the shop. We had a great experience with them. We picked up from the store, the staff were extremely helpful and very patient as we tried to squeeze 4 chairs into my smallish car. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for household furniture.

Bought a sofa back on 2017 and had problems with it straight away, was given a replacement and then had the same issues but held on to it. Now it’s getting really bad and they are saying the warranty is only for 15 years for new sofas not from when I bought. Appalling service for a company that is really expensive!

Really helpful staff thoroughout and great customer service. Ended up purchasing far more than planned and got some sale bargains. I have to admit that it's refreshing to see diligent and knowledgeable employees as well as superb telephone customer service. So glad I did not go elsewhere.
