I went to denton tyres to get a new tyre i ordered, I needed it done ASAP as I run back and forward to Newcastle hospital a couple of times a week due to my wife's health.
Chris and his team couldn't of been more helpful, they managed to fit me in a time slot ,the work was done to a completely high standard as usual, l have had tyres fitted in the past and the service and friendly attitude has always been second to none.

The chaps here were so so helpful when I called having had an incident on the M6. They immediately agreed to have a look and sorted out my tracking for me. Daniel asked me to mention him which o am happy to do but all the lads were brilliant

After calling in on the off chance ... I was greeted with a friendly smiley face .... explained the car was loosing pressure in one tyre .... without hesitation the guy (sorry didn't get a name) said they could look at it. Without making me feel silly .... 'woman with a big car' (some might say) .... i was treated with such lovely service from start to finish.

Stated online it would opened at 8.30am waited over half an hour for it open its gates. Having flagged someone down who said they opened at 9.00am to finally say that they can’t change a tyre for nearly a week due to no staff, not impressed. Staff have no customer skills what so ever.

4 new tyres fitted, said within the hour, came back 45 minutes later and done. Bloke on reception was extremely courteous and helpful. 1st class.

Very disappointed in this company, car was taken 1st time to fix puncture , they couldn't find the source so went on to reseal the tyre, drove away and to put dismay when we got home it was flat again, proceeded to return to them next day as it was urgent to get fixed due to upcoming appointments, they washed the sealant out, we drove off and again failed to fix or find the source. Appointments all missed and cancelled but at a detrimental cost . Proceeded to take car to different garage following day, and immediately they found the hole...what's going on guy's ?
