It's a really super place to have a break, great indoor & outdoor spaces to relax. Great views. A delicious farm shop soooo much choice. It can get very busy, but you can book ahead, so no excuse.

Parking a bit of an issue but due to popularity. They couldn’t accommodate us for lunch which was a shame and at this time of the season we were not going to eat a cooked meal outside!
Shop is well stocked of nice things but not cheap?. However the farm shop is high quality and their homemade meals are very tasty and reasonably priced.

Was looking for a new venue to visit and we weren't disappointed, Brilliant Xmas shop area with everything you need there gift/decoration wise. Had a drink in the lovely Cafe and the coffee was beautiful. Pity we'd eaten because the menu was great and would have liked to try some food. Got some nice pasties to take home for later and some Eccles cakes and they were tasty but did think the Lady who served me was a little brusque. Great selection of foodstuffs and Staff were mostly helpful and friendly.
Definitely worth a revisit but on an empty stomach so we can do breakfast.
Give it a try

Stop off from Stoke on Trent to Nottingham- Nice car park, found a space easily. Had a good gift selection & fresh counter. A few shops outside which was an added bonus. Didn’t use the cafe as there was a queue waiting to be seated, will return to do this next time

Ate lunch in the café. I found the philly steak sandwich bland and uninteresting. Two of my four companions felt similarly about their food order. The atmosphere was loud and echoey, feeling more like a school canteen. Prices in the farm shop were not attractive. The place was busy, so, perhaps, we were simply unlucky in our choices.

I visited Denstone Farm Shop Café with my family on a Monday—my day off—and left feeling completely let down. The service was excruciatingly slow, with our food taking 45 minutes to arrive.

When the food finally did show up, it was nothing short of disappointing. I ordered the pigs in blankets roll with gravy, which bizarrely came with a side salad of tomatoes and thousand island dressing. The combination made no sense, and to top it off, the sausages were completely tasteless. It was a bland, uninspired dish that felt like a total waste of my time and money.

What should have been a relaxed day off turned into a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Went for breakfast, nearly fell to my knees to be charged just shy of 20 quid for two oatcakes each, who ever made them isn't from Staffordshire. They fell to pieces, fillings cut into little slices so impossible to pick up without it all spilling out, really weak effort on what is meant to be a simple dish. Café is nice and well decorated but id expect that for the monumental prices. Would visit again providing i can raise funds for a light lunch by selling a kidney.
