Worst customer service I have had to withstand. The shop had one female worker , she was not welcoming. I needed help to find a pair of shoes so went to the till. She then asked me to go back and get the box in a rude way. I went and by the time I came back she was serving another customer, so had to queue again. After I realised this was taking long , I put the box away and left the shop and the alarm went off. She ran speedily behind me to check if I had stolen something! She started looking at my coat and body as if I would carry a pair of shoes and hide it. The whole experience put me off the whole shop. They are clearly under staffed for her to be on the till, go to stock room and act as security. Genuinely disgusted 🤢

Deichmann shop on Hounslow High Street is a busy place, but the shop is always tidy and clean. I went into the shop looking for boots and when I found them, I asked for my number and straight away the sales assistant helped me to find my number, after that she offered me to buy silicone insoles for better comfort of my feet (the boots had heels) I was hesitating and she waited patiently for my decision, I decided to buy the insoles if she would put them in my boots, and she did. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help me. Thank you. I don't remember her name, I think she was from Poland.

Worst customer service and racist. I just came in where I picked up a bag from the shelf and went to the counter. The guy on the counter stright away said I can't serve you, really he can't serve me. And said u need to wait and when I asked why to wait he was like my colleague will come and get the bag for you. I was like I have the bad just scan it and I'll pay for it. But I went back to look for his colleague where no colleague was around. And then came back to the till and asked where's your colleague to ask for the bag. The guy had the odasiti to say I'm I deaf that his colleague is busy. And when I saw his colleague was wearing a jacket n talking to someone else. What a customer service hats off. The guy on the till was really disrespectful. And then he said there were just 2 staff working. Well Deichmann needs to hier staff with customer service training.dosnt matter if there's one or just 2 working. Everyone will understand. But the disrespectful staff ... I wish someone reads this and takes and action. If not then well good luck..
All I can say it was around 2 to 2:30 pm, 26th Feb 2025. Check the cctv. Useless don't want to make sales it's Deichmanns loss.

I was very well attended!
the staff is very friendly, the store is very nice and the prices are very affordable, it has a machine for washing the shoes we buy, disinfecting and protecting it from dirt, I really loved it!!

Nice place. Easy to find and access is from the high street. Always tidy and friendly staff up to help.
At this very moment day have amazing discounts all over the store, not a bad place to grab a pair of good quality school shoes or even some fancy high heels.
I'd definitely go back there!

5 star rating. Staff were very helpful from the moment we stepped inside. The footwear on display with plenty of sales on them. Gotta love a bargain yes the missus was loving it. No ques at the time we went so I was very happy too. Quite a few brand names can be purchased here at affordable pricing.

I usually find school shoe shopping quite stressful, and I usually only do it at Clark’s, but I was really very pleasantly surprised but the range and excellent quality of shoes. They have great brands for school like hush puppies, kickers and fila. Maria was so helpful she helped me find three pairs of shoes (we tried on many) until we got a good fit. She has an excellent manner with customers, understands her job and the customers needs. Thank you Maria!
