We ordered decking from Deckorum Composite Decking for our newly converted self catering apartment. The standard of customer service we received was very high. Nicky could not be more helpful and friendly if we phoned with any questions about delivery and when I had to add to my order. The team were also helpful with any questions we had when we putting up the decking. The decking looks brilliant and really completes the look of the apartment. Highly reccommend.

Deckorum is a 1st class product that was installed for us by the great Ricky Ling. His professionalism coupled with the great product meant that our decking and garden looks fabulous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the product (and installer).

Poor service delivery not when its supposed to be and then when it was delivered it was chucked all on my plants and wanted my 86 year old nan to help unload, was told I would get a refund for delivery and they would look into it I have had nothing yet and now I can't get hold of them and not responding

Bought my decking in lockdown, then went back for the balustrades they sent me all they had and said the rest was on a shipment from abroad. Then got told the ship was held at customs. Nobody ever got back to me, after complaining was told somebody was coming out to look as they couldn’t get the same sizes as original purchase, nobody came out, then asked to send pictures, still no progress now nobody answers the phone or emails, no offer of a refund so I now have a 3/4 finished deck and can’t get a decent Match on size or colour

Brilliant company to deal with, deliveries always on time and staff are very friendly and helpful. Installed my decking myself and considering I am not a tradesman found it fairly straightforward.

I had my Deckorum composite decking installed in April 2021. I was deciding between hard wood and composite and after much research composite was a clear winner for me. My contractor recommended Deckorum products which I was very happy to go with as I’ve already by then shortlisted Deckorum as a preferred supplier. Not only my contractor has done a great job but Deckorum customer service whenever i dealt with them direct has been very friendly and professional too.
I am 100% happy to recommend Deckorum composite decking range. It looks amazing, maintenance is minimal, is ever so comfortable for bare feet. It is also getting lots of interest and compliments!

Zak was really helpful in organising the best package for our decking, and planning out exactly what we'd need based on our designs. The delivery took a bit longer due to customs delays but we were kept informed throughout. Really good service

The person I talked to on the phone was polite and professional. We only needed a small section of composite decking but the size of order did not seem to matter. Arrived on the day expected, left the items to test on the area for a week before installing. Very easy to cut to size even with a hand saw, which is what I used. Since people have seen the end result they are thinking of placing an order.
