Really friendly & helpful staff. I went into Decathlon in Poole because a tiny spindle spring had come off my Decathlon Triban front wheel when I was removing it. The bike staff immediately sourced a replacement, fitted it and said there was no charge. On previous visits they have been extremely helpful and thorough too. Excellent service!

Kieran in the cycling department - an absolute star
I was returning to cycling after a couple of decades, buying a bike through cycle2work, a tad clueless, Kieran was patient and knowledgeable without being pushy - 40 minutes after meeting, had my bike, equipment and feeling sure about everything

Came in with a busted tyre on my 40KG eBike. If you're looking for a saviour, ask for Kieran. Sorted my bike out in minutes regardless of stock. Friendly staff in general and will be switching my regular bike repairs and add-ons to these guys.

Helpful and friendly customer service. I was looking for a ski jacket a week before my ski trip! I spoke to one of the staff who was able to help me find if a specific ski jacket I was looking for was available and could be sent to Poole decathlon in time for my ski trip. Unfortunately we couldn’t find one that would arrive in time but was very helpful and tried to find if different stores could get in time.
