Where do I begin?
First do blackout curtains really really really make your bedroom completely dark that you can't see your hand in front of your face?
I have an eye mask and a silk pillow and they're amazing. I never use to wear an eye mask as I never had trouble sleeping in any situation(A blessing and a curse). I have to admit when I was gifted a Daya eye mask and pillowcase I was sceptical if I would even use it. But I ate all my words and use it every single night. I even use it when I travel on planes, trains and automobiles, plus the occasional meditation. I tell you it's a game-changer! The eye mask and silk pillow are soft a cooling, aiding my sleep so much. They are made to such great quality and the lavender
smell has stayed fragrant since I've had it. I have to admit I've bought my friends (majority of them male), some people to say thank you for things/ struggling to sleep and also gifted them as wedding gifts to people who would'nt necessary think of using an eye mask or a silk pillowcase. The reponses I recieved telling me how thoughful and usefully the products are.
They're packaged so beautifully with care and a personal hand written messgae. Plus recieved punctually.
I have to also admit that it does recommend hand washing the products but I've washed them on a cold wash in the washing machine and they survived!

As we know we all need sleep and sleep is key!
