A lovely local bookstore, with a wonderful selection. If they don't have it, they can order it in. A gorgeous little children's book cave - which could be made more magical with more decorations, fairy lights and seating. I agree with some other reviews, it would be nice to have a seat or two when browsing. Cards, gifts and wrapping are all lovely. Will continue to support local bookshops, as I don't want shops like this to be a thing of the past. Please shop local if you can 🙏

I love to shop locally; that's why I don't use amazon too much.
However, today's experience may change my mind.
I just bought this Top 10 Seoul travel guide from your bookstore, but the salesman was rude to us.
He didn't even say thank you for my purchase.
Maybe he didn't like my accent or his job, but it was a rubbish experience.
As a local bookstore, you should value your customers more.
I am never coming back to you.
I'll go on amazon, as it will be cheaper, and I'll have no expectations.

Solid proof that the local bookshop is gold dust to a community. Daunt Hampstead is really close to the tube, nice cafes, The Royal Free and the Heath. I normally come away with a few really good purchases. For a smallish shop the range is superb and I can recommend their events.

A hardy survivor, this 'traditional' bookstore offers a reasonable and basic selection over the usual gamut of genres. Space constraints limit depth mostly to the obvious or currently popular.
Obliging and imperturbable staff here but a punitive pricing regime restrains potential bookworms.
