Stayed in July 2024 in the Granary loft apartment as a couple with 2 dogs (checked with the owners as the website said only 1 and they were great about it!)||Hosts were very welcoming and approachable, but also left us alone to enjoy ourselves which was lovely. When we needed them, they were there. Perfect.||Loft was comfortable and spacious, came with all the essentials you'd need for a weekend stay. Even had skylights which was asked if we could open and made it really airy. Bathroom was also spacious with nice fittings and a great shower.||Saw some previous reviews about cleanliness, I would like to say that it is a loft in a very old converted farm building so the odd cobweb was present (and should be expected to be honest). We found a couple of cobwebs but the general standard of cleanliness was great, we certainly felt comfortable and relaxed.||Location is absolutely amazing, we were lucky to have really great weather which made it all the more fun. 10 mins from Filey, 3 mins from Hunmanby meant we were out of the way but never cut off. And it's virtually silent, really feel like you are decompressing when you're there amongst the HouseMartins.||Grounds are very very neat and well maintained, dog friendly means it was easy to stretch their legs without having to go near the roads and provision of dog bin was very welcome.||All in all, we loved it here and had a wonderful time. We will definitely try to book here when we return on our next stay in the area. Thank you for a lovely time.

Superbe cottages. All utensils you require for your stay. Approx 2/3 miles from nearest shops and pub. Place is spotlessly clean and it's dog friendly. About 6 miles to filey. Stayed there for fathers day surprise and loved it. Well done.

We had a great (return) stay at Dale Farm with our dog. We stayed in the Summerhouse for the first time which was a lovely light comfortable space looking out over a beautiful fruit and vegetable garden. We had a lot of privacy but the grounds are lovely to walk around (bottom field great for a bit of ball throwing with our dog) and the hosts, Paul and Liz have put a lot of effort into making a creative, welcoming place. We have previously stayed in the treehouse and studio. All of them are original and unique.||We always spend a lot of time down at Filey Bay which is the best beach for walking and swimming and very dog friendly. Highly recommend fish and chips in Filey!||We will be back for a winter break to make the most of the log burner in the summerhouse

Dale Farm is amazing. My partner and I stayed in one of the cabins earlier this summer and had a weekend of pure relaxation. The cabin was cozy and clean and the property has lovely views. The Farm is in a great location, secluded enough that it felt like a getaway but close enough to shops and only minutes away from wonderful Filey beach . Liz and Paul were lovely and we have already booked to come back with Friends in October!

We recently stayed in The Granary at Dale Farm and had a wonderful time. It was clean, bright and airy with loads of room and love the vintage furniture vibes. Had everything we needed and 2 decent nights sleep in lovely woodland grounds. ||The beach at Hunmanby Gap is 5mins drive away and is one of the nicest on the Yorkshire Coast. Stayed in the 1980s style big yellow caravan with my wife and we had a lovely time in idyllic surroundings. The caravan is proper cool and quirky and has amazing views. It's cosy, clean and nostalgic. The sunsets from the lawn in front of the caravan are some of the best i've seen in a while. Hosts were polite and helpful and we'll be back to Dale Farm soon.

We have been staying here on and off since 2013 and I have reviewed a couple of times before. ||This place never disappoints. The owners are friendly, yet professional and always provide a great service. ||We have stayed in almost all of the accommodation choices, the last being one of the dairy studios. All have been clean and suitably equipped. ||Lots to explore in the local area. My favourite being the beach between Hunmanby gap to Filey. ||Thank you. I’m sure we will be back again.

Never use Tripadvisor but had to write to say what a restful, peaceful, relaxing experience I just had staying three nights in one of Dale Farm’s wood cabins. Liz is a perfect host, made sure I had everything I needed, and brought a breakfast basket of hot sandwich and fresh orange juice each morning (£5 so v good value). The cabin is adorable, clean and cosy, set beneath tall trees with owls at night sending me to sleep. Have shared Dale Farm’s link with friends and will definitely stay again, in the cabin, and also want to try the yellow caravan, treehouse and grain store. Minutes from Hunmanby Gap beach where I swam daily, then popped in to Hunmanby village where there is a tasty bakery, fish n chips and huge pies at the Piebald Inn. Absolutely loved it all x
