I could not be more thrilled with my first purchase from Daisy Park. I placed my order on Saturday morning (as in two days ago), and DPD delivered my order this morning, as in Monday morning! I have never experienced service this good, especially when ordering over a weekend. I ordered five items of Emma Bridgewater crockery, and you always worry how it might get knocked around during transit. I shouldn’t have worried as the items were packaged absolutely beautifully and arrived in perfect condition. The handwritten “thank you” note was a lovely touch. Very friendly, extremely helpful. Will be using again in the future for certain. I ordered a special Xmas book for my daughter. It unfortunately arrived damaged, even thought it was wrapped so lovely and with care- just one of those things. Emma was great and sorted everything out with quick reply. We donated the damaged book to Hackbridge Primary school to be enjoyed there.
