Front, rear and brake disc and pads changed in September 2020 at this garage. After fitting, I experienced a lot of noise when the brakes were applied - felt wrong somehow, could hear that contact wasn't right - to such an extent I remember taking the car back to the garage the same day. The issues were put down to 'bedding in' and they said it was normal and the issue should go away (which it never quite did). I did have a concern at how busy this garage was with the amount of cars going in and out, but gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I'm writing this review now (August 2023). The car has always been driven lightly, not hard. The car has merely done 20,000 miles in that time and during the MOT at my local garage they pointed out the rear discs and pads are completely shorn, imminently going to metal to metal contact. The breaks could not have been fitted properly - they said the break contact alignment is completely out.

The fact the front breaks still have 50% wear remaining - says it all! I've always felt something was wrong - and its clear the rears were fitted in a shoddy way. They should have lasted much longer than this.

Will never use this garage again, using my local garage for all work from now on.

Seem fair and I always feel confident with their work. I have sometimes sent vehicles in with problems that seem relatively important such as an 'engine failure' warning and had it back the same day because it turned out to be something trivial. These sort of things give you confidence. Always seem straight with me and I'll be taking my cars in without hesitation.
