A friend and mine rented two E-mtbs for day to go exploring the area. Paul was fantastic and sent us on our way with everything we needed and we had a wonderful day. The bikes were great (we were grateful for the battery!!) and the scenery was stunning. The app was a must have to keep us on track. Couldn’t recommend more highly if you are in the area.

Five go down to the sea...
Well, a few more than 5 of us, but we did have a dog and the seaside picnic and lashings of ginger beer at Studland was magical. Our adventure was not peril free, with a Houdini inspired dog who preferred the outside to the inside of the dog trailer, and a broken chain (speedily replaced with another bike - thank you!)

The bikes are great, easy gears and comfortable over different terrains. We appreciated the accommodating of our changing days and numbers, along with advice on routes.

Great service, and very handy having a pump and puncture repair kit for us to take along. But only 4 stars as the bikes are getting a bit worn. Gears not terribly precise and one bike wouldn't shift into 1st.

My husband and I hired an e-mtb and a manual mtb across 4 days. Both bikes were great; the battery duration on the e-bike really did impress me as we rode 35
miles and finished with 2/5 bars left.. I wasn’t using the battery the whole time and did turn it off when going down hillls or on leisurely flats but I also used it a lot more than I really needed to after I had managed 25 miles in the first day and I’d finished off with 3/5 bars left on the battery .

The only thing that we could fault with the bikes were the peddles as they didn’t have much grip and we were both wearing biking shoes however we were biking in very wet/muddy conditions which would have played a factor. It would be great if they could upgrade their peddles or offer SPDs.

Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Customer service was 5 stars and both chaps that we dealt with at the Purebeck location were very helpful and friendly.

We will definitely use this company again.

Myself and my girlfriend were't sure how good these guys are, but we found it to be very professional with very helpful staff! We had the one of the best days out we have had in a long while riding to the beach! PS - Pig on the Beach is well worth a visit for a naughty treat...

What fantastic service! I emailed with our rental requirements for 3 bikes over the October half-term. They were very quick to respond and gave me advice on frame size etc (I am a novice to mountain bikes). Joshua and his colleagues sorted out delivery and collection from our rental in Swanage. I was very impressed the bikes came with 3 helmets, a rucksack with repair kit, pump and even maps of the area. They had thought of everything. The bikes were great quality Giant bikes and the rental good value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when we are back in Dorset.
