I had dropped into their shop, recently, for a chat, and had mentioned a bike that I owned but never rode because it was so uncomfortable. My options were to sell it, go for a professional but expensive bike fit or leave it in the shed and forget about it. 'Bring it in' they said. 'We can take a look at how you sit and ride on it'. It won't cost you anything for an opinion'. So that's what I did. They quickly noticed that the frame was a little small for me and the gear shifters too stiff. 'No problem', they said. 'We can lift the seat, extend the handlebar stem and fit new shifters and cables'. 'Leave it with us and we will call you when it is done'.

I expected it to take a few days but that afternoon I got the call to say it was ready. Wow! What a transformation. It is like a completely different bicycle and an absolute dream to ride. Not a huge expense either. An hours work plus the parts and they made some other adjustments and repairs that I had not even been aware needed doing. First class service.

I brought a 2nd hand Brompton electric and took it to cycle revival as I knew nothing about electric bikes, I was greeted by Matt who is super knowledgeable when it comes to Brompton’s and walked me through everything that I needed to know, gave me “Brompton tips” as well as screenshot photos of my battery condition, he reset the all the required fields and also changed the battery clip (which is a recall) all for a one off price. I will definitely be using Cycle Revival for all my servicing and repairs

Picked up my new Marin Pine Mountain 2 from Matt at Cycle Revival today & all I can say is I received probably the best customer service experience in recent memory if not ever!
Matt was an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge & expertise were outstanding.
