What can I say, today was my daughter's birthday and not living near the area I was worried that I may not have been able to fulfil my wish for her to have a special bouquet to put a smile on her face. Diane surpassed the smile and my daughter was blown away by the beauty of what was presented to her on her return from work.
The flowers were excellent and unfortunately due to Valentines Day, some flowers that I had in mind were not available till the following day. With Diane's patience, understanding and attention to detail and working with me she came up with a beautiful presentation of flowers. She sent me a photo and then followed up with a text to say they had been safely received and were awaiting my daughter's return. Now that is what I call service, taking it to the next level. I wish her and her team well and would not hesitate in saying if you need something special....phone Diane 🙂
