Nightmare to get hold of. Never answer the phone. The have had my sewing machine since early January for a repair they said would take 2 weeks and I can't get it back. It's now End of July.

Update, it's now March 2024, They've had my sewing machine since January 2020 and I am STILL waiting for it to come back. Never return calls, never ring back and just keep telling me to ring back. Have given up and bought another from somewhere else.

Loved this place when it was on Crelin Street. Bought my Janome overlocker and Brother sewing machine there and ton's of material & goodie's. My daughter gave me a Christmas voucher for £50. lucky me ( loved it) Went to spend my last £27 .40 today on a new pair of scirrors costing £28.00. Was told I had to go to the bank machine to draw the money to pay the 60 pence to pay the difference, because they only take cash. 60 Pence!! I've spent over £550 in this shop over the last few years. I won't be going back.
