A really good and honest shop for prom dresses that is not far from London (driving, but there are also trains from central London to Fleet). Given that most dresses come from China for all of these shops, at least this one does not have the high price tags that you will usually find inside the m25. The store looks small from the outside, but with 3 floors and a huge selection, it is well worth going there.
New dresses arrive in October (unlike other shops, this one buys in bulk once per year and does NOT have the "central" warehouse that will send a new dress once you pay for it) so around that time is the "high season" where you will have many more choices. As it gets closer to June (when most Proms take place), you might get less to choose from, but your dresses will also be much cheaper (many in the 100 pound range, that is just not done by many other shops).
The staff seems to be adults and seem to be very helpful and honest.

We had a fantastic experience at Crystal Boutique. My daughter was looking for a prom dress, having experience here four years ago with her sister, we didn’t hesitate to come back Julie was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable and attentive. She pulled dresses we never would have thought to try, and thanks to Julie my daughter found the dress of her dreams! She left feeling confident and happy. The service is outstanding, and highly recommended.

We turned up at the boutique not realising it was by appointment only. The ladies happened to have a slot free. They were so welcoming and helpful. Explains the way everything works and supplied details for dressmakers for alterations. We left 1 hour later having found the perfect prom dress. Thank you ladies. 😊

Great prom dress service from start to finish. We turned up at our allocated time and our daughter was shown the rails of dresses available in her size. Plenty of beautiful styles and colours to choose from and we were given time and space to select her favourites to try, with members of staff on hand for advice. The only problem was choosing! The lady we worked with was kind and patient and our daughter was able to try and retry dresses (which meant a lot of lacing and re-lacing for the lady) until we settled on a sensational navy blue creation. Care was taken over measurements and the lady was brilliant with a slightly shy and indecisive teen! A note was taken of her school to prevent the same dress being sold to another pupil. We appreciated the advice on timings and booking a dressmaker for alterations in advance before they all become booked up for next June. Highly recommended, excellent service.

This gorgeous shops has something for everyone. I managed to get a same day appointment and end up with a beautiful dress. There dress size range is great, meaning what ever size you are you would be able to try dresses. Staff where friendly and polite and really helpful! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an occasion dress, prom dress or wedding dresses!

Had the most amazing experience at Crystal Boutique to find my wedding dress. Didn’t feel rushed or pushed to make a sale. They recommended different options, and had the chance to take photos. Being someone who isn’t confident, and had no idea what I wanted, I felt comfortable and looked after. Thank you so much, I now have my dream dress and haven’t stopped smiling since.
