Highly not recommended that place if you need to collect your or sent your parcel. Rude guy on the till. I had twice issue there first I tired sent parcel and guy told me it is so long was less then 100cm . Max size of parcel is 120cm on courier webside. On the website say you can collect any parcel between 8am till 9pm. I been in store at 3:30pm and been told I meet to comeback in 30min. Why that information is not post on website. Store was empty at 3:30pm so I don’t why I couldn’t get my parcel

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this shop. The shopkeeper was rude and made inappropriate, personal comments. Once, he asked me, “Why do you want to sell second-hand things on Vinted? It’s not a good habit. Why do people buy each other’s used stuff? What’s the world coming to?” I was really taken aback and put off by his judgmental attitude.

The next time I visited, he refused to let me leave my parcel, saying the trucks wouldn’t come to collect parcels for another three days. I’m a busy mother of three, and I make time out of my schedule to drop off these parcels, only to be met with excuses and unnecessary comments. I’m honestly dreading having to deal with this shop again. If the service is this bad, they should not be handling parcels.

Some of the staff in the store are very polite with great customer service. One of the older men is terrible. I went to pick up a parcel and even though the store was empty he refused to help me. The only reason I will ever use this store is to use Yodel.

Extremely Rude and Unhelpful

I recently went to this shop to drop off a Yodel parcel, and the experience was terrible. The shopkeeper/owner shouted at me, “Boss, no one open today!” in a dismissive and rude tone. I decided to call his bluff and walked 20 minutes to another shop i, where they accepted the parcel without any issues.

It’s incredibly frustrating because this shop is only 5 minutes away from me, but I’d rather go further than deal with such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. This isn’t the first time I’ve found the staff here to be unhelpful either. Their attitude is consistently poor, and they seem to have little interest in actually assisting customers.

I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values decent customer service. Avoid if possible!

Horrible Experience – Avoid Cromwell Superstore for Yodel Pickups!

I had a terrible experience trying to collect my Yodel parcel from Cromwell Superstore Hounslow. After receiving a confirmation email from Yodel stating my parcel was ready for collection between 8 AM and 9 PM, I went to the store around 3 PM to pick it up.

To my surprise, the staff refused to give me my parcel, claiming they don’t allow collections between 3 PM and 4 PM due to their own “policy.” This was never mentioned in Yodel’s confirmation email, and I find it completely unacceptable for a pickup location to impose such an arbitrary rule.

When I questioned them about it, two older men at the shop became extremely rude and started shouting at me, telling me to come back after 4 PM. When I insisted that I should be able to collect my parcel as per Yodel’s stated hours, they threatened to throw my parcel away and told me to “do whatever I want.” Their attitude was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

I attempted to explain that I had followed Yodel’s instructions, but they refused to listen and kept shouting, saying they wouldn’t hand over my parcel no matter what. When I mentioned filing a complaint, they arrogantly said, “Go ahead, complain, we still won’t give you your parcel.”

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! No customer should be treated this way, and Yodel needs to remove this location from their service immediately. If a store agrees to be a Yodel pickup point, they should follow the proper guidelines and treat customers with respect.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid collecting parcels from Cromwell Superstore Hounslow. Their behavior was unacceptable, and I hope Yodel takes action against such a terrible service provider.

It’s a shame how one could be so rude. Had a bad experience with posting a package. The man (senior aged) at the till was rude and on asking him a simple question politely he responded to me with “Are you OK” in a rude way. Totally lack customer service skills!

I am baffled on how this shop got good reviews on customer service.I have been using this shop to send parcels with yodel and maybe buying a bottle of water or a snack. I have always tried to be polite to the “ gentlemen” from the till and they are always serving like they are fed up with life and like it’s a torture to help the customer!Today I went to drop a parcel, got my 1 year old daughter ready , dressed her , put her in the buggy and made my way to the shop to drop off 2 parcels. I have to mention that the shop is 20 min walk from my house.What I was not aware was that I went during the school drop off time and there were kids going to the shop also.One of the shop keepers was at the door letting only 2 kids to come at the time so that they don’t steal anything and the other was at the till serving customers.they told me that they are not picking up parcels during school pick-up as they only take 20pence per parcel and while they are serving me a kid can steal Something that is £6 or £9 pounds and that from TOMORROW they will put a big note on the window to let people know and that next time I shouldn’t come during that certain time.He wanted to take the parcel but not before giving me a lecture.So I did took my parcels back and walked out the door and told them I will never use this shop.Being polite doesn’t cost you a thing!

Mr Rinku & Soni are the shop assistants who always provide great service. They always have most stock which i require for day to day use. This is the favourite shop for my kids and the shopkeepers also welcomes us with a great smile and happiness which makes us to visit them again and again.
