Been meaning to write this for 3 months. Olly saw me through the process of shutters with clear information on the product and options then the competitive price beat another leading brand. He was clear, easy to talk too and happy to answer any questions as he believes in his product. Fitting was efficient and clean with no fuss and he did that as well! They look really beautiful and are good quality. Very happy and thank you Olly for an excellent service and your hard work. Would recommend highly. 🙂

Richard and Olly from Creative Blinds and Shutters are a dream to deal with. A couple of years ago, they supplied and fitted 3 bedroom shutters and this week I had several others fitted in the bathrooms, landing and hallway. I'm delighted with the shutters themselves: they look very stylish and offer me the privacy I was looking for in my downstairs rooms.

Fantastic firm that did a brilliant job. We are thrilled with our shutters which look tremendous. The fitter was very experienced and very particular so it was a job very well done. We did have to delay the fitting of our shutters (our situation, not Creative Blinds) but the company worked around these delays and came promptly when we were able to go ahead. It was all so easy from our initial contact with the firm to the completed job.

Really pleased with our Shutters, pricing was competitive and fitting team were excellent, polite and tidy. Will be using again.
In terms of aftercare, we managed to damage ours blinds (our fault completely) - Creative Blinds were great, within a few days they had someone out to fix for us with no charge - Bearing in mind blinds were installed well over a year ago, this is impressive customer service!

We had shutters fitted three weeks ago. Not only is the finish is exceptional on our bay windows (I've had three friends with bay windows that used different companies and were unhappy with the fitting), but all the service was friendly and professional throughout (Chris and Andy). I used Creative Blinds because of the good reviews I saw on checkatrade, and can honestly say I can't recommend them enough.
