Two years ago, bought my mother of the bride outfit here. Just returned to purchase mother of the groom outfit. The ladies are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service on both occasions. Also got some fantastic tops from their sale rail. Highly recommend visiting. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, many other shops could learn much by observing how these ladies conduct business. It is obvious that working in Cream Rose is very much a vocation for these ladies, nothing was too much bother, discussion, suggestions and encouragement were given in spade fulls. The result of our visit was a very happy wife and I even got a cup of tea! An absolute must for long suffering husbands who do not enjoy shopping.

My Mum and I visited Cream Rose to look for a Mother of the Bride outfit and a couple of other wedding guest dresses. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, they listened and made sure Mum felt comfortable at all times! We found the most perfect dresses - yes 3! - and would recommend to any woman looking for an occasion dress. I’m sure my Mum will be back soon too!

My daughter and I went to Cream Rose on Saturday with our friend to find her an outfit for her sons wedding. We had the most amazing experience! The whole team made all 3 of us feel so special, even though it was just our friend looking for something. They were so attentive, enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble for them.

An absolute gem of a shop. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. After my mum struggled to find a mother of the bride outfit, after going to Norwich, Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough she was starting to worry. We walked into Cream Rose and spoke to the staff. First dress she tried on, she bought. Thank you for turning it into a positive experience xx
