Great guys to work with, prompt , reliable and professional

Unfortunately, one of 2 pots arrived broken. Both had been carefully packed but there’s no accounting for heavy handed couriers. I contacted Cray Retail and they were brilliant. Replacement pot arrived (in one piece) 2 days later. Excellent service.
