Popped in to have covid jab. Friendly service on arrival. Covid jab administered by Ibrar. Pain free and was told what to do following the injection. Quick and easy. Always get good service at Coven pharmacy.

Rude staff discussing my request in front of me in whatever Asian language they use. Refused my request to buy my partner who is ill in bed night and day nurse liquid. I'm not Asian but neither am I white. Perhaps I am wrong colour for them. Shocking behaviour from what should be professional people.

Used around 4 times now, a very friendly village pharmacy with helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff. I haven't used their prescription delivery but are aware that they offer one.

After initial problems a complaint was made to NHS England. The star rating is now 4 because they have modified the way they manage prescriptions. 5☆ for improved effort, 3☆ for service giving average of 4

The best pharmacy I've ever used. Their prescription service is second to none, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff and a very well run little shop (selling personal care items, make up, gifts and some kitchen essentials) besides the medical needs they service.
