Amazing Customer Service!!

Ordered boots my daughter picked out for her birthday. Excellent customer service during credit card "hold" etc due to UK purchase. Unfortunately, the boots did not fit comfortably - so we needed to return.

Not only did they have a US location to return to, they sent Federal Express ticket to do so at no cost to us. And, they actually processed refund prior to our physically returning the boots. I would not hesitate to order through them again.
