Excellent styling and variety; poor quality fabric in trousers. Tesco and Lands End wear much better over 5years. Customer service politely stonewalling, citing 'wear and tear' (i.e. it's my fault) and that is the most disappointng aspect. I shall not be buying again.

Ordered a lined, pleated wool skirt which arrived in good order. I had got the sizing wrong (first purchase) and wanted to exchange. To ensure this was okay and no extra postage required I rang the customer care line and was reassured. Two days later my money was refunded without explanation! I rang again to be told that the skirt had gone out of stock in the size and length I had asked for on the returns form.
Not so! I went back to the website and reordered without difficulty! Probably won’t risk the confusion and wrong information again though.

I recently returned two pairs of cord trousers which, despite being washed and dried correctly over the winter, had shrunk significantly in length. I have been very well and generously treated by Country Collection and both pairs have been replaced with new longer trousers. This company means what it says about returns and I shall certainly be purchasing from them again. Thank you Country Collection.

I have just recieved my order of two items. The first item the plastic bag it was in was open and part of it was stuck to the outer bag which was also open The postman had put an elastic band around it to keep it together .I expected a lot better from a firm like County Collection .

Still waiting on a returns label for an order placed in November. They are unable to issue digital returns labels and none of the labels they say are posted arrive. Will update if this is resolved.

A little out of the way, but worth the effort. The staff could not be more helpful. Clothing is a little pricey, but good quality. Better getting one of these than several "cheapies" last longer too
