The Van site was what could almost be described as derelict. What looks like it was once a great van site now has all the buildings bricked up and unused for all to see, there are van spaces empty everywhere I believe that speaks for itself and some of the vans on site looked like the stabilisers had broken and the vans were severely lob sided which makes you feel uneasy, to say the least.

TL;DR: the site is terrible, has nothing and the owners don't even let out the vans cheap. Go to Sealands across the road

caravan was reasonably priced but didn’t find it very clean x i think they rely on previous people to clean an that way u get a deposit back. i may be wrong but they can inspected an then gave deposit but seemed like they don’t go in after to do deep clean! bed was like sleeping on concrete and teh duvet an pillows felt damp an lumpy as well as the caravan felt damp when we first arrived. had heating on most week to keep the damp out. shower was the best part. pls note club is only open friday an saturday in out of peak season. there is no shop on site so have to go into town. the chippy on site is only open friday an saturday out of season. the club is very dated and hard wooden chairs. steps to caravan was steep . u have to clean an vacuum before u leave else u loose deposit. u also have to take own bed sheets an duvet covers x overall it was mediocre x won’t stay again x

Had a van on this site for years now and getting rid of it ...the site has gone completely down hill and is an utter disgrace owner too .not interested in fixing any problems unless parts are off the scrap site not interested
in listening to complaints ,only out for herself and taking money ..if your thinking about buying a van on this site I urge you not to bother. You cannot sell it on and will be offered less than a 20th of what it's worth. Such a shame for owners who who are trying make an honest living

Absolutely appalling, we had a small family break here as partner does banger racing and it was the only site that allowed him to bring his banger on to the grounds but the caravan itself was so dated , carpets stained and the only heating we had was the gas fire in the lounge . The bedrooms has small heaters which did not provide adequate heating and went off after 2hrs , with having a 11month old baby ,a small child and spending the nights dithering and being kept awake as we were right opposite the club where drunks were shouting we left early after waking up to us all getting a cold , explained to the staff in the office who were snotty and rude with no interest in to why we decided to leave early .

Gone down hill. If you’re looking for just a caravan no amenities this is the place for you. It’s Like the owners have given up trying to make it a nice park. There used to be a shop on the entrance that’s just a derelict building. The amusements next to the club is awful only hand full of machines are on the rest are just sat there empty. As you walk around the site more derelict building can be found No play areas for the children. But it was on departing that made me really upset. On departing I asked the cleaner whom was cleaning the club to check my caravan so I could get my £100 deposit back. Which only used to be £50. I spent three hours that morning cleaning the caravan it was immaculate. ( cleaning is my profession) But just as we were leaving my 2 year old grandson had spilt his juice on the couch as you do I got a sponge to wipe it and made the stain slightly bigger. But the cleaner who was very rude and needs a lesson in customer service said it was wee and it stunk. (Which it did not as I got down and spelt it myself) I kept trying to tell her it was juice but she just kept shutting me down and not listening to me in the end I gave up. I only got half of my deposit back (£50) as they said they will need to replace all the sponge in the cushion which I don’t believe a few hrs that would of been dried, wish now I had never wasted my time in cleaning the caravan and just left it to the standard which we arrived too. Which was quite poor.

It's got really good arcades for kids and I heard the bar and entertainment was going on but I had my 2 year old son to chase about all night.. my caravan was next to the arcades which was handy and the beach in 10 minute walk.i think there's a short cut but I'm not too sure so we went along the road to the beach. Love the place

On arrival the caravan was dirty. It hasn’t been hoovered and some parts wasn’t wiped down so my first hour of getting here I had to clean the van as I have a 3 month old son and wouldn’t of put his toys on the floor!! It was also meant to be a no pet caravan but when hoovering when full of either cat or dog hair. ||I then went to get into the shower later that day and we had no hot water. We had to wait hours for someone to come and fix it. Once it was fixed my partner got into the shower to then find out the drain was blocked!! ||On the last day we then had no water again so had to wash the pots using kettle water. Not a good caravan to stay in at all nothing but problems. I would avoid this site wasn’t a good experience at all espically if you wanted to stay in the van most of your stay. ||When we contacted the owners about the caravan got being clean we got a blunt response as if they wasn’t bothered.
