Nice small convenience store on the edge of Sutton. Very handy for a quick visit to top up on essential items, bread, milk, food, veg, fruit, booze, smokes, lottery.
Ideal for popping in on the way home from work.
Very nice, approachable and friendly
staff and friendly prices.
Sometimes it is easier to pop in here than to drive into Ely, nice size parking area right outside the door and easily accessible without too many people about.

Conveniently 2 minutes fr8m home so gets visited a lot for forgotten basics. Since acquired by Co-op there has been a marked improvement in customer service and continuity of the staff which is a positive sign. My experience has been the staff are really helpful and pleasant.

A good selection of all the basics and other foods you would not but every day such as different cheeses, continental meats, lots of different ready meals, fresh meat and vegetables/salads and fruit selections. Fresh bakery section. Good wine choices but pricey. The freezer section a bit lacking compared to the choices of fresh food. They are really 'hot' on out of date items, there's always someone checking.

I believe they have daily deliveries so generally well stocked.

They are pricey compared to the same items I buy in my weekly shop elsewhere, which did surprise me a bit given it's a Co-op, however it's a convenience version so you pay for that.

On the whole, it's good to have it up the road and a major positive improvement to the previous ownerships.

Up until now had no problems but an item missing due to packaging by the staff and told down to the delivery driver!!! HE Didn't pack it !When questioned got told would have to go through a refund process. Can't get out due to partners disability ( hence delivery) unhelpful an understatement. Will be using alternative services. Gutted as get at least 3 deliveries a week.

It's more a convenience store than a supermarket but .... with lots of products. A bit dark inside which surprises me as it only opened recently.

Because it is smaller and the staff is very friendly, shopping here is a good experience. What is less pleasant is the time limit for parking, controlled by camera's. Understandable but the words on the f sign are not well chosen. And then the car park itself. Did the Co-op forget that this also represented the company?

This local shop is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great range of products, and you don't have to hunt the staff down like in the One Stop! Lol. Hot food is available too. If you need something, pop in there.

Staff are absolutely amazing. The manager is always present and very helpful and goes above and beyond for you, she is a blessing to this store as are the staff Nothing is too much trouble. Very spacious, clean airy store with everything you could need for your weekly shop! They do parcel service for DHL and dpd as well as offering deliveroo. A much needed store in the city of Ely.

If you come here, you need to appreciate that this isn’t a real co-op, it’s actually the elaborate set of a new hidden camera show on Comedy Central.

The first giveaway is that all the male staff will be visibly unnerved at the sight of any customer. You’ll initially think they’re awkwardly mumbling to themselves until you piece together that they’re all wearing headsets and are discussing with each other what they’re doing that evening, what they did the previous evening, or wether any of them have been ‘donkey punched’.

Then, after seeing at least 3 of them about this very small shop, as you approach the till area for service, there will be no one in sight when you look around, despite the self-service tills repeatedly telling you someone is coming to help. Eventually, an exasperated member of staff that you hadn’t seen previously will appear from the back room, serve the queue of customers that has built up, before the 3 lads suddenly reappear as everyone leaves.

Last week I waited on the car park with 5 of them having a cigarette while my partner was inside for 20 minutes trying to buy Prosecco. Very, very funny.

2 stars for comedy value.

I know many complain about the prices at the Co-op, but they offer a particular service, and are vastly better than what was there before. If you look, they do some good deals from time to time. Their premium range is easily as good as Tesco's 'Finest'.
